New Contract Awards
Team Build are delighted to announce that we have secured several contracts that further demonstrate our ability to prosper in this most difficult of economic times. This has been achieved by our experience and commercial acumen along with our attention to detail and most importantly, putting our Client's first. This approach has ensured that we are in pole position whenever our Client's or those whom we are recommended to have any work be tendered. We are proud of the fact that 98.7% of our work is secured form either repeat orders or via recommendations.
We are happy to consider all types of construction projects across all sectors for any Client who appreciates the highest levels of service Team Build has to offer. We pride ourselves as our slogan "Team Built, Well Built!" suggests on team work and quality.
Spotlight on Northumberland
We have progressed well on a 3500 square foot luxury stone built house, situated in the heart of Northumberland, see photo below. The site near Fontburn Reservoir has been sympathetically designed by Architects, Spence & Dower to meet both the needs of the Clients and Local Authority. This 24 week project built to the highest of standards further underscores Team Builds reputation as the Contractor of choice for the most discerning of Clients.
We have also secured a contract to extend and refurbish the former Police House at Kirkwhelpington.
We have also just been awarded the contract to build a new stone built bungalow in Bellingham. Works are hopefully to commence in the next three weeks.
We are delighted to announce that we have secured a 30 week contract for our Client, Age Concern. The extension to their existing Resources Centre in Ashington will further promote the well being of people over the age of 50 in and around the county of Northumberland, helping to make life enjoyable and fulfilling.
