We are delighted to announce that Team Build Construction has been appointed as the main contractor for the new £1.5m JT Dove depot in Consett.
The new 11,000 sq.ft depot will be the 18th site for the expanding builder’s merchants and further investment into Consett’s regeneration. Team Build are pleased to once again be working alongside Project Genesis on another project in the area following our work on neighbouring Hownsgill Industrial Estate, which is due to be completed at the end of February 2018.
We will be working in conjunction with The Shadbolt Group, who will be providing architectural, geo-environmental and engineering services and expertise to the project.
