This £400K refurbishment consisted of transforming a dated school building into a 21st century residential accommodation built to exceed current regulations in the care of young children. The building required a complete overhaul including extensive structural, mechanical & electrical works. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The needs of the children and their security were of paramount importance and we installed a high specification security system that met their needs. A well appointed communal kitchen and lounge completed the internal aspects of the building. Externally the building benefited from separate secure access and now meets the requirements of the DDA act.
