Rothbury

This Design & Build three storey, stone house was purpose built for disabled use and overlooks the picturesque village of Rothbury. This dwelling included all the necessary amenities for disabled use such as wet rooms, wheelchair access and a passenger lift.

The incorporation of solar panels coupled together with an underfloor heating system and a passivent ventilation system helped the project to minimise its impact on the environment. Further environmental considerations were achieved by the incorporation of natural/recycled materials wherever possible.
