Spring 2012 Update
We have successfully completed the refurbishment of Talbot House School, in Wallbottle, Newcastle upon Tyne, and a new build Storage Facility in Blyth Northumberland for Bryce Wood & McKeown’s, see photos below. We have also completed several factory refurbishments both for new and existing Clients who have seen their workload, especially in the manufacturing sector, pick-up. On the domestic market the addition of sunrooms and orangery’s continues at a pace. We have amassed a great deal of experience in this area and have produced some very distinctive and traditional examples; these will be very shortly displayed on our website gallery. New Contracts:
Team Build has again been successful in securing new projects. We have continued to buck the trend both nationally and locally in the construction sector. We continue to win contracts in all sectors that we compete in. Work is about to commence on the construction of three new detached executive houses located in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, see below. This prestigious project cements our reputation as one of the North East’s premier house builders of distinction. The designs have been produced by Blake Hopkinson Architecture, based in North Shields, for our Developer Client, Brunton Lane Developments headed up by David Barlow. We hope this is the start of many further projects working together.

Further contracts have been won in a variety of sectors including a large Piling & Enabling contract in Northumberland. We have been shortlisted for the renovation of an RFU Rugby Club in North Tyneside.

This is the third project that Team Build has undertaken for this prestigious client who has, despite the recession, continued to go from strength to strength. This £1M design and build contract has been designed to meet the exacting standards necessary to meet Cleardata's requirements for long-term storage of sensitive data secure for many years tocome. Cleardata is one of the UK's number one document and scanning bureaus.
