In late 2021, the Team Build Group acquired Monument Flooring Services and formed Team Build Flooring. With an experienced team that boasts almost 50 years experience in the flooring trade, Team Build Flooring is a one-stop shop which can provide everything from the groundwork to the overall management of your project. Monument Flooring Services was started by Trevor Duggan 48 years ago and has seen him manage projects all over the UK and Europe — Most notably delivering the flooring contract at Hadrian’s Tower; Newcastle’s tallest build complex. Since leaving school, Trevor’s sons Robert and Gary have also been working in the business for a decade between them. Managing and overseeing projects of all shapes and sizes, and across a range of industries and uses, we can help you to source the best materials for the best price, before progressing with the project safely and within your budget and timeline.
