Beachcomber Care Home

This project consisted of a 35 bedroom extension to an existing care home in 2 phases. Phase 1 comprised of 8 bedrooms with offices while Phase 2 involved the demolition of part of the existing structure and the construction of the remaining 27 bedrooms and associated amenities.
