The project comprised the complete fit-out of the unit to create a gym along with office accommodation and WC facilities.

It also comprised of external fabric repairs to the steelwork, involving working over the lake.

The works included the provision of electrical and mechanical services installations that will include power, data, heating, cooling and mechanical extraction.
