Craiglea

This was one of our trickier projects. Our Client required an additional 5 bedrooms for their nursing home. However, the bedrooms were to be situated on top of a two-storey wing. Furthermore, the residents who occupied the bedrooms on the 1st floor were to remain in occupation throughout the build process.

Working in partnership with the design team and our Client we successfully delivered this project with the least amount of disruption and the highest standards.
