Work has recently commenced on Team Build Construction’s latest exciting project, at Hownsgill Business Park in Consett, in conjunction with our client The Genesis Project. We are delighted to be working on the first phase of the regeneration development of the area, which is a Greenfield site. The Genesis Project was formed after the closure of the Steel Works with the aim of benefitting the devastated local community.
The works consist of the construction of 2 conjoined offices and 2 warehouse/workshop units, with associated external works, landscaping and services included in the project; with the duration expected to be 26 weeks.
