Hownsgill 1-4
This project consisted of the construction of 2 conjoined offices and 2 warehouse/workshop units, with associated external works, landscaping and services included in the project.
The project forms part of a larger estate which will be in development in the coming years, featuring buildings of contemporary two-storey form and modern elements such as feature entrance canopies and curtain-walling, adding quality to the development.
Landscaping of the site will be effective to soften the impact on the town centre.
